Los Residentes Puneños en Arequipa mantenemos a la distancia nuestro amor por la tierra y todas sus manifestaciones, por lo que el deporte no es ajeno a nuestras inquietudes. Por esta razon decidimos organizar la HINCHADA DEL ALFONSO UGARTE que milita en la SEGUNDA DIVISION PROFESIONAL DEL FUTBOL PERUANO.

Consideramos que la trayectoria del Club, hace que continue vivo el recuerdo de las jornadas memorables en especial la COPA LIBERTADORES  de hace mas de una década, por ello es oportunidad, ahora que nuestro Club juega de local en la CIUDAD BLANCA, que lo apoyemos en las buenas en las malas y que juntos busquemos los triunfos que se convertirán en orgullo e identidad puneña y altiplanica.

Somos mas de MEDIO MILLON  de puneños en Arequipa y podemos llenar el estadio de la UNSA cada vez que juegue aqui de local.

Therefore we decided to organize the FAN OF the ALFONSO UGARTE who militates in the SECOND PROFESSIONAL DIVISION OF PERUVIAN SOCCER.    We considered now that the trajectory of the Club, causes that the memory of the memorable days in special the GLASS LIBERATING of but of one decade ago continues alive, for that reason is opportunity, that our Club plays of the premises in the WHITE CITY, that we support it in the good ones in the bad ones and that together we look for the triumphs that will become pride and Puno identity .    We are but of MEANS MILLION puneños in Arequipa and can fill the stage of the UNSA whenever it plays here of the premises.
